The Food and Beverage Institute of Asia (F.B.I.A.) is proud to introduce the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) program to Thailand.
As the official host for both the Introductory and Certified Sommelier examinations, we are delighted to bring world-class wine education and internationally recognized certifications to the region.
Introductory Sommelier Course & Exam
This intensive three-day program provides foundational knowledge in wine, spirits, and beverage service.
The course concludes with an examination on the final day, consisting of a multiple-choice theory test and a practical service assessment.
Certified Sommelier Exam
For candidates looking to advance their credentials, the Certified Sommelier Exam presents a rigorous evaluation that includes:
- Multiple-choice and short-answer theory questions
- A blind tasting examination
- A practical service test, including food and wine pairing recommendations
Designed for Hospitality Professionals
These programs are tailored for individuals actively working in the hospitality or beverage service industry.
We recommend several months of preparation prior to attending the course or taking the exam.
Due to the practical, service-focused nature of CMS assessments, prior industry experience is strongly advised.
